Printing

The choice of printing method depends on the desired design, budget, and production requirements.

Regular Digital Print

Regular digital printing is the process of printing digital-based images directly onto silk which allows to print any complex artworks, images. This method offers a wide range of colors and allows for intricate details and gradients. Regular digital print needs short production time, for samples, about 7-10 days, mass production about 15-20 days.

Digital print allows low MOQ: 10PCS/design, even can be lower.

The disadvantage of digital print is the penetration, inks can’t well penetrate through, backside color only can reach 50-60% of front.

Double-side Digital Printing

Double-Sides digital printing is the upgrade of regular digital printing, allows to print artworks on both two sides of fabrics.
Double-sides digital printing perfectly solved the ink penetration problem two sides can show same pattern or different patterns, two scarf in one.

Double-sides digital printing minimum is relatively high: 50PCS/design. The disadvantage of it is the production time is longer and the price is higher than regular digital printing.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is one of the most common and traditional methods used to print silk scarves. It involves creating a stencil of the desired design and then using a mesh screen to transfer the ink onto the fabric. The main advantage is the vivid results it creates, not only on the front side but back side with distince lines. For screen printing, the penetration can be better than regular digital printing, it is the traditional printing famous brands choose like: Hermes. Screen Printing is versatile, durable, and vibrant, with cheaper price if large quantity.

The disadvantage is screen printing requires minimum: 100PCS each color at least with screen cost: 40 USD each color.

Rolling

One of the key elements that sets silk scarves apart is the way their edges are finished.

Hand-rolled

is a mark of true craftsmanship. Skilled artisans meticulously roll and stitch the edges of the silk scarf by hand, creating a delicate and elegant finish. This technique adds a touch of luxury to the scarf and is often seen in high-end designer pieces.

Machine-rolled

is a classic and refined way to finish the edges of a silk scarf. This technique involves carefully rolling the fabric and stitching it in place, creating a neat and seamless edge.

Double Layers

With a double-sided silk scarf, you can effortlessly switch up your look without needing multiple scarves. Whether you're attending a formal event or going for a casual outing, you can easily flip the scarf to match your outfit or mood.
